Most coaches I meet already have certificates, tools and models. What they want is the confidence to trust what they sense in the room — and to use it well.
Where frameworks stop
A framework tells you what usually works. Your client is not “usually”. The question that changes everything is often the one that wasn’t in your notes.
Intuition is a trainable skill
Like listening, it gets sharper with practice: noticing your own body, separating your story from your client’s, and naming what you sense with care.
Your presence is the most powerful tool you bring into a session.
- Pause before you ask your next question
- Notice what you feel when the client says something important
- Offer it lightly: “I have a sense that… does that land?”
