Intuition rarely shouts. It doesn’t arrive with fireworks or a voice from the sky. Most of the time it whispers — through the body, through small repetitions, through a feeling you can’t explain yet. This is placeholder article copy that Oana will replace with her own words.
If you have ever said “I knew it!” after the fact, your intuition was already speaking. The practice is learning to hear it before, not after.
1. Your body reacts before your mind does
A tight chest when you say yes to something, a sudden lightness when a certain name comes up. The body is often the first messenger. Start noticing these reactions without judging them.
2. The same theme keeps returning
A book, a conversation, a song — suddenly the same topic appears everywhere. Repetition is one of intuition’s favourite languages.
Your intuition is not trying to scare you. It’s trying to bring you home.
3. You feel drained around certain choices
Energy is information. When something consistently leaves you tired or heavy, it’s worth asking what your energy already knows.
4. A quiet “no” that won’t go away
You can argue with it, rationalise it, postpone it — and it still comes back. That persistence is a sign worth honouring.
5. You simply know
Sometimes there is no reason, just a calm certainty. It feels different from fear: it is quiet, neutral and steady.
